The Fillset is designed to fill and re-fill heating installations. As set by the European standard EN 1717, it is permanently connected to the potable water pipe. The integral BA Backflow Preventer prevents the backflow of heating water into the potable water pipe. The BA Backflow Preventer offers protection up to the fluid category 4.
The Fillset consists of upstream and downstream stop valves, a BA Backflow Preventer, a strainer, a tundish, a wall bracket for easy installation and a water meter to check the precise amount of refilled water.
As the Fillset includes all these components, it fully meets the requirements of the standard for systems designed to fill and refill heating installations.
